“ HIDEOUT BURGER AND BEER * PERDIZES/SP Hideout Burger and Beer is a newly opened artisanal burger joint in the Perdizes neighborhood, in the West Zone of São Paulo. The Luxury Concept was invited to check out the place. I went to the burger joint and I confess I was quite surprised by how imposing and spacious it is. A very privileged location, next to Allianz Parque, which has a very high volume of pedestrian traffic, both on game days and during concerts. According to information obtained from the owners of the burger joint, the location came after a long search in other neighborhoods, until finally this incredible spot emerged! The place has unique and special details in the decor. Creative graffiti welcoming guests and the name on the ceiling personalize the place with great confidence that this group is here to stay. Everything is very new, and also a novelty for these three friends who took this big step in life and decided to start a business. Gabriel Mathias, Felipe Jau, and Leandro Morita had been discussing the idea of ​​combining friendship and business since November of last year. They had already organized some burger events together, and being passionate about this world, nothing could be better than joining forces, resulting in the realization of their dream of having their own burger joint. Hideout Burger and Beer was born on August 2nd of this year and is already showing signs of success! The menu is still a bit small, but according to the guys, new items will come gradually. With research and adaptation, new products and creations will emerge to make the menu increasingly attractive to customers and friends. In my tasting, I started by enjoying the Lemonade - Lemonade with Cranberry Syrup - Very refreshing and tasty. Next, HB Fries - French fries topped with sliced ​​brisket, cream cheese, and chives - served with mayonnaise. That's an excellent creation from the guys that I tried. The potato is the industrially produced kind with a textured shape that is very soft and tasty, and the combination of the brisket with the cream cheese is also very flavorful. Perhaps I would offer this dish with a small fork to accompany it so that the meat can be savored. People have a certain aversion to this, it would be easier, you eat the potato and the meat being savored with a small fork, it's more elegant and hygienic. Overall, it was very tasty and the presentation impeccable! I couldn't resist and immediately tasted the HB Burger - Brioche bun, 160g burger, cheddar cheese, caramelized onion, bacon and house mayonnaise. According to information, it's the most requested sandwich. Therefore, I decided to give my two cents (haha!). I really liked the sandwich with a few observations: as I mentioned at the restaurant, the bacon in the overall composition of the sandwich should be in small pieces. The sandwich is creative, delicate and with elements that combine very well, in addition to the bread being delicious. I think it could be tweaked a little, but it depends on everyone's taste. I really enjoyed it; it was very well-prepared and delicious too. Overall, the burger joint is too new for a proper evaluation, but it promises to evolve a lot over the coming months. The place is spacious, worth considering for corporate events and celebrations. The burgers are well-prepared, creative, and the concept is excellent. I loved it! We ordered the gorgonzola sandwich with crispy kale and another with breaded cheese. Both sandwiches were very good, any other burger place would be much more expensive. We found the sandwich really tasty, it comes with house sauce and pepper jelly which is delicious. We ordered the Pink Lemonade to drink, it tastes like lemon juice, only the color is different. Just a suggestion: you could use red fruit or cherry syrup, so it has a mixed flavor of syrup and lemon, but it's not bad. We really liked it, the bill came to R$130.00 with table service. We will definitely come back to try the other sandwiches! ”
